For sale is this near mint S&W mod 28 "Highway Patrol" N frame 38/357 mag. From what I can see the only thing that keeps this from being 99+ % is the Pachmeyer grips and no, the factory grips are not with the weapon. Price is dropped to $1,050 FTF here at my FFL in Lebanon. I have one of these with that came with the rubber Pachmeyer grips. Thinking it might be a possibility that this was a factory option? I just changed mine to Crimson Trace laser model.
