Like new S&W M&P9 2.0 compact with 4" barrel, less than 100 rounds though it. Includes everything it came with plus 200 rounds of 9mm, and a Olight PL1-2 Valkyrie light.
$385.00
I'll meet at money market pawn shop on 136th and Powell in Portland, you pay FFL.
Would Trade for a Lightweight 308, or 7mm Rem Mag hunting rifle like a Howa, Tikka, etc.

Ive asked this question. As a non resident you can transfer a handgun to a resident but not the other way around.
A pistol may be transferred from one state to another so long as it goes through a FFL dealer. It is taken in by the FFL and then transferred via form 4473 to the new owner for a fee.

If an oregon resident goes to washington to buy a pistol from a washington reaident the FFL cannot transfer a HANDGUN to the non resident if it is a long rifle or shotgun yes but Handguns can only be transferred to residents in their home state. This is what ive been told by 3 different FFL's
