For FS and Compact this one seems good - and available in 720p

Does not address removing the Striker Block -
which a lot of M&P owners will want to do. If your trigger is gritty, the channel or hole the striker block moves up and down in may need additional smoothing, and polishing.
This is decent on removing the rear sight, which is needed to get to the Striker Block But they do not address that many of the set screws are held in place with Red LockTite - so heat is needed to release that.
This video also addresses the topic - but the production quality is not as good - background noise.
This is OK -with clear description on how to smooth out the Striker Block Channel at about 12 mins in.
Another vid on Dis-assembly of the lower, which is pretty good - although they are selling stuff.
