S&W Bodyguard (model 38 or 49)

I would like to acquire a S&W bodyguard model. I would prefer a model 38 or 49, however, I would consider the newer models as well. I don't much care for the internal locks, but thats not a deal breaker.

I have a Ruger .30-06 stainless with a laminate barrel up that I would love to trade for one if possible. I also have a Colt 1903 Hammerless is .32ACP. Its a great shooter, but not in original pristine condition. It does have 3 magazines with it. I also have an AMT Lightning .22 pistol.

Would love a FTF (I have an Oregon driver's license and CHP, if it helps), as I hate paperwork (and the $10 the state charges for the privilege of filling it out).
