The title says it all. It has been used but not abused, and shows a little wear from carrying. This has been an extremely reliable pistol, and has not had a malfunction in the 1,000 rounds I have put through it. It came out of S&W's doors in 2004, and I bought it used last year. A great concealed carry peice for a great price. NO TRADES please.
WTS FTF, and will meet in mid valley, Albany or Salem. Will sell to anyone that can legaly own in Oregon.

My 3913 and 3954 both take 39 series mags (well, 3906 - don't know about the original Model 39 mags, never tried) with no problem, other than mag sticking out of the bottom of the frame.

I have a cheap IWB holster I can throw in, and the mags hold 8 rounds and are single stacks.
