Came across a "potential" private party sale today for a S&W 44 mag Mountain Gun...stainless. I looked in a blue book gun values manual and couldn't find pricing. This piece was in 99% condition...either it was kept meticulously cleane or it has been fired little...no signs of top strap burning. What would be a fair market value for this wheel gun?

The Pre Locks retailed for ten ninety five...
Sportsmans has a post lock,I think it is a 629-6 or 7 for eight...Mine is a Pre Lock, It is a -5 and it to me is worth owning... Seven is a deal , Under six is a steal...
