LOL, I'd seen that part, but not this: "Last year the Kalashnikov company said it was branching out into menswear. I don't even want to think of what their underwear will look like, probably loose fitting but reliable. I wonder if NW Firearms poster Playboy Penguin got them thinking along these lines with his famous Kalashnikov Kitty T-shirts?

Comments on the OP link suggesting the clear evidence the AK47 was copied from the Sturmgewehr 44 is a bit lost on me. Visually, the Sturmgewehr 44 appear to have more in common with a CETME/HK type rifle. But what do I know.
