Russian made Baikal IJ-70 Makarov in 9x18 - DA/SA, manual safety, decocker, adjustable rear sights
2 single stack magazines
167 rounds of Norinco non corrosive FMJ ammo

I'm unsure of the total round count. I bought 200 rounds when I acquired this gun and have 167 of those left, to give you and idea of how much I've shot it.
These guns are known for their simplicity and reliability, but at this time it's just a safe filler for me.
