I'm not a doctor ... Nor do I play one on TV.
But could you still shoot it if you shot a light load of the .44 Special kind?
Might be better on your neck etc ...
You probably already thought of this or asked your doctor .
Just throwing my thought out there.

Yeah, I thought about it. But I bought it specifically for the fact it could shoot heavy loads and as a pack/bear gun. So shooting .44 Specials would be sort of like trading my beautiful, intelligent, and extremely high earning second wife for my neurotic/crazy ex. :)
 
Thanks. Still playing around to get Tricare to actually pay for the surgery I need, so that's a pain. But it's a service connected disability, so I'm dual tracking it through the VA. First one to say yes is a winner. Hate to give up nice guns like this, but I know I'm way better off than a lot of guys out there, especially other veterans. Perspective is everything.
