Excellent condition,
When I bought it new it had some minor scuffmarks on the left side of the barrel (thanks to Ruger's low grade plastic case).
Magazine disconnect safety professionally removed, and replaced with bushing, also a trigger job and tuning
If you've never used a MKIII with the magazine safety removed, you will be amazed at the improvement.
Removing the disconnect, improves the trigger pull weight and smoothness, allows the magazine to fall free from the gun, and allows the gun to fire with the magazine removed. Another added benefit is simplified takedown and cleaning.
Includes everything it comes with new.
Comes with 2 magazines, original optics rail, Ruger hard shell case, owner's manual, Ruger gunlock etc, also includes the removed factory parts.
