Is is drilled and tapped on top of the reciever? If so do you have the base & rings it came with? Box?

The only model mk II that came drilled and tapped from ruger factory was the competition target slab side model.

I've seen several mark II's that are factory drilled and tapped, all are with the heavy barrel. Ruger started doing this at the end of the production of the Mark II before they started on the Mark III version. By your response I'm guessing the one you have listed is not drilled and tapped...
