I am the original owner of a 1991 era Ruger Mark II with 5.5" bull barrel in stainless steel (original papers on hand). After many rounds, it has never had a malfunction that was not related to the ammo itself. Truely an awesome firearm, just a bit more heavy that what works for me at this time.
I am looking for a tappered barrel version or a light weight version such as Tactical Solutions. Either blued or stainless is good.
I am willing to either swap barrels/receivers or the guns out right. I would also be willing to just sell it so that I can go purchase a tappered barrel version. To sell it out right, I would be asking around $325 due to its flawless operation performance and excellent condition.
