I bought this on a hunting trip to Idaho. Shot it once and decided to keep my AR instead! So my loss is your gain! This is a super nice Ranch Rifle with the matte Stainless barrel. Much nicer looking, in my opinion, than the blued and wood combo. This is Ruger MODEL NUMBER: 5817
