I have a 581 series Ruger Mini 14 tactical version.

I'm the second owner, bought with ATI stock that I still have, not sure on round count from first owner, but I have put 300 - 500 rounds down range. I have run it most frequently in a tapco stock, but is currently in a hogue stock. All three stocks would be included. I have two factory 20 rounders, one factory 30 and one tapco 30 round magazine. Currently I have a sub $100 Bushnell 3-9x40 attached that I will through in.

Willing to pay transfer fees if asking price met. Will do transfer at Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City.

What do those the Mini 14 run new? How many rounds does it hold?

On Bud's it is running $798 with the cash discount new. It depends on the magazine. I have a two 30 and two 20 round mags, but I think I've seen a 60 rounder, and wouldn't be surprised if there were higher capacity mags then that!
