I completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected this rifle. I put a test scope on it and test fired it at 100 yards. With factory Federal ammo it held a nice little 3/4" 5 shoot group at 100 yards.
The rifle was mfg in mid 1980 and has been shot very little. Looking at the bolt face and other metal parts it's had less than 50 rounds thru it.
Tang safety works flawlessly, and the factory red recoil pad is in great shape.
The rifle has been hunted and the stock shows some dents and dings. One photo shows a small chip out of the forearm.
The stock is not cracked.
It has a nice Leupold one piece base and Leupold rings.
The bluing is in great shape overall.

I have one of these threaded for a suppressor. Really makes it a pussycat to shoot. (Not that 7mm is to bad in the first place) Very nice elk or black bear rifle. And can easily be downloaded for deer or even coyote if you choose.
