not real sure on that, but yes 4 in barrel and something i have never seen the ruger box is green.

Ruger "target grey" finish, they ended it on the gp100s. I thing they still use it on sp101s and some other of their lines. Supposed to be more durable than just SS, but its stainless under that. They came in green boxes, God only knows why.
