Ruger 77 and Douglas barrel

Gentlemen,i would like to have a Ruger 77 tang safety rebarreled/rechambered.I have a 22-250 that I would like to change to .308.Is this project feasible?I don't have any experience with aftermarket barrels,Douglas will do it for about 500 bucks.Any suggestions on other barrel makers?

pac nor brookings ore. nosler uses thier barrels on nosler custom rifles.

A few years ago Shilen would do it for that much. It's closer for shipping also...?
My Ruger changed to 35 Whelen Douglas BBl. was 25' hvy taper ended up being sold...too hvy.
My Rem 270 ADL changed to 35 Whelen 23"; smallest taper Shilen would do[#2?] was pleasant to shoot and carry. A never sell rifle.Four shots in 5/8ths at 100yrds...

X1000 for pac nor I have heard nothing but good things I'm planning on using them later this year for a 22-250 build , if I remember correctly a barrel installed and headspaced was around $250
