About 20 years ago I bought a new 77/22 with a zitel stock I liked the stainless bolt action, but hate the plastic stock so I started out looking for a wood stock. I did find one but it was in the rough. It took me 6 months to sand and fit the action to the stock. But as you can see it turned out just great.
