For sale, a nearly-new Ruger 22/45 Lite. No scratches, exactly 100 rounds down the pipe. Comes with everything that was included from the factory:

22/45 Lite (.22 LR) with threaded barrel and thread protector
two 10-round magazines
Bag
Sight rail and screws
Gun lock
Paperwork

In addition I have added Williams Firesights (fiber-optic; $55) and a Sam Lam hammer bushing (bypasses the magazine disconnect, makes mags drop free and improves trigger pull; cost $12).

These retail for $419-449 new, I have $496 into the gun total.

A good deal at $450! I'd also be willing to put the factory sights and factory magazine disconnect back in the gun and sell it for $400.
