I have not used the one you posted, but I have used the "Tuffer Buffer". And I do like them. Bought some for friends and family too.

I have one similar to that in my 10/22 and like it a lot. The clank clank is gone and the bolt runs much smoother.
It worth a try in my opinion.
Give it a shot.

Turns the "clack clack" into a "clack". Works good with a suppressor since the cycling of the action can be louder than the shot.
