I'll take it if you'll ship to my Kali FFL. He'll accept from private parties with copy of DL and phone number. Done a couple rifles from Lebanon from 2 folks that never shipped before. It's easy but the Post Master asked for a copy of my FFL's license which he sent. I don't know if it's an Oregon thing but no other state has asked.
