Ruger 10/22 Carbine Mfg in 1974

Early Ruger 10/22 carbine made in 1974. Has the aluminum trigger guard, but it's a little scratched on the bottom. Receiver has a couple minor scratches too. Wood is in good condition but has a couple marks. No rust, shoots great and bore is nice and shiny.

Comes with 2 Ruger 10 rd mags and a box of ammo (local sales). Can ship for an additional $50.

Hold onto it for another 2.5 years and sell it to me then as C&R eligible rather than a "semi-auto assault rifle" (as it would be today)?
