This is a build I did myself in 2010, a complete RRA Elite upper with fold down FS gas block ( all RRA upper BCG/ CH/Barrel/upper receiver) on a Mega Gator lower using an RRA LPK. Back then it was the equivalent of an SR15 making babies with an MR223. More or less.
Removable rear sight/rail section( rail underneath is level with the hand guard rail) and fold down front sight.
I have put maybe 10 mags worth through this in the past 13 years because bullpups and things. So, almost new.
Might not look as Operator as some newer guns in the same price range, but this is made from absolute top quality parts that'll last for years.
