Federal Judge Karin J. Immergut said she expects to issue written ruling early next week - Mon or Tues- on whether or not to grant temporary restraining order that would bar OR gun control Measure 114 from taking effect. She heard 2 hrs of arguments.

Judge's bias was showing. There's zero chance this gets stopped.

Oh, you'll be able to apply for a permit on the 8th, but nobody will be able to meet the requirements to get approved since none of that will be defined or in place on the 8th or probably anytime soon. But, sure, you can apply.
