How many of us frequent the Roseburg Rod and Gun Club? South Umpqua? Josephine County gun club?

I'm a member, and volunteer RSO, at RRGC. It's generally a pretty quiet place. Most shooters are moderately serious marksmen (not many women) in their various shooting diciplines.

What's the general consensus on the other established ranges within an hour of Roseburg?

I use the great outdoors rather that the RRGC because of all the rules. Only shoot at this time, don't shoot magnums, no rapid fire. At a pistol shoot I was told not to shoot at the paper target so much "emptied my mag." Even after paying yearly dues still having a range fee, no thanks.

Don't forget the extremely limited access. A lot of people I talk to don't bother because it's only available during certain hours that take away from other obligations.
