Brand new Rock River AR 15 style 18" barrel precision rifle. Rock River advertises this as 3/4 MOA at 100yds. Cerakote was professionally applied by an NIC Certified Applicator. Brand new and never fired. Magpul OD Green Cerakote. Retail for $1500 without the Cerakote job. All controls are Cerakoted black. This is a $400 Cerakote job. I need to sell and am asking $1100.
