Rock River Two Stage Trigger Kit $100

I bought a Rock River two stage trigger kit for a precision rifle build I was planning on doing, but I have too many other projects I need to work on first, so this needs to go. It's still in the package and has never been installed in a lower. I paid $120 for it from Rock River, but I would just like to get $100 out of it.

Is this the whole lower parts kit with grip, pins, springs etc, or just the trigger?
