It looks to me like its a complete Noveske upper including Recon? barrel with Vortex?, Noveske VLTOR upper, Noveske quad rail....pretty good deal when you add everything up. GLWS!

Agreed, if it's a complete factory Noveske upper. That's why I asked for clarification.
