Rock river ar-15 entry tactical

I have a RRA LAR-15 with approx. 60-80 rounds through it. It has a RRA hi-rise scope mount w/1" rings, RRA tactical carry handle w/A2 rear sight, a Bushnell Trophy 1x28 red dot scope, carry case,manual, a 30 round mag., and one box of Remington ammo. No trades. FTF. Must sign bill of sale.$700.00 o.b.o. Strapped for cash.

Can't tell for sure from the pics, but is this an SBR?

I think so i'm not to familiar with it. Only had it for a few months.

You would know if it was, you would have had to pay a transfer tax. Entry Tacticals are not SBRs from the factory though.

SBR = short barreled rifle = rifle with a barrel shorter than 16"

You really should know whether or not it is a SBR as it is illegal to have one without the proper tax stamp.
