For sale a RIA Tac Ultra FS HC in 9mm. Comes with one (1) 17 magazine (Mec-Gar, I believe) and original case. This was my entry into the double stack 1911 world and it did not disappoint. Soft and flat shooting. I'm letting this go to try a higher end 1911DS/2011.
The first 500ish rounds were a steady diet of 115 grain (mixed types) with no issues. Switched to 147 grain Winchester white box and had a few FTE issues. Sub 600 rounds on a steel frame gun.
I wanted this to be 100% reliable with whatever ammo it ran, so I sent it back to Armscor. I'm not sure what the original spring weight was, but they did replace the original spring with a 12 lbs spring. Test fired and no issues.
Not interested in trades. Not willing to ship, face to face sale only. Would like to use 99 Pawn and Gun as the FFL. Buyer pays for background and transfer fees. Let me know if you have any questions.
