Around 2001 my brother and I had a laugh driving on top of a car headed to scrap yard. Hell...even the responding officers took a photo and had a laugh ( mind you we were on 92nd Harold in SE ) LEO just confirmed our intent ( chaos ) and that all would be cleaned up.
Wow wouldn't do that in todays America.
