Shoot, you can even sign-up for updates !!
utterly amazing. i think i just drooled a little...
If only I would have won the powerball.....
For a long distance shot, can this device compensate for windage?
What happens if it is a moving target?
The video didn't explain exactly what the device did but from the screen shot of the display but it appears the "firing solution" is generated from inputting windage and distance and the scope then gives an adjusted aiming point (I didn't see anything for elevation). They didn't say whether those inputs were manually entered or whether the scope was equipped with a range finder and wind measurement device.
The scope does seem pretty cool, just not as cool as they were implying.
Yeah, there were a lot of unknowns on the video and product. Maybe it takes into account everything with the firing solution. All I know is that I'll probably never see or use one.
What's a mere $20,000 to our tax payers. The top 2% will benefit and that is what really drives our economy. Benefit will trickle down to the rest of us over time.
"Shoot shoot!!!" um . . . I can't the batteries on my scope are dead.
Nice, but "heads-up display"? Not.
its the ISniper optic come to life...
You know after seeing the video twice...I think they copied the scope style from an anime. Golgo 13
very similar. and if its like the one in golgo 13 it cant determine the slope variations.
I don't know about all you but... I want one! There is definitely a "cool factor" here!
Says it will cost 15-20k for one of them. Definitely not in my budget. New firm TrackingPoint developing a guided long-range shooting system - Gun News at Guns.com
Here's another video that shows one being fired multiple times.
