Polk Co. Fairgrounds Office (503) 623-3048I can't pull up the number on my computer, the image is too fuzzy. I know the June show had space available, several big box vendors were not there. Seems to be a trend these days. It started to resemble a show from the old days when new black weapons did not dominate things.
If you sell them to an FFL dealer, no paperwork.Could a guy bring his own guns to sell without being a vendor? If so how would that work?
You might see if u can consign with a vendor. If you sell them to an FFL dealer, no paperwork.
If you sold them to an individual there would have to be a transfer completed.
That would be akin to comparing a Turbo T-Bird to a Pinto. How will this show compare to a Collector's West show in Eugene? Never been to Rickreall before.
Haha I see. To be fair, the last time I was at a collector's west show, I was still too young to legally buy a firearm so it's been...a while to say the least I'll take it the show in rickreall is quite a step up from what I'm used to.That would be akin to comparing a Turbo T-Bird to a Pinto.
Collector's West is not what it used to be.
Best,
Gary
I've been attending the Rickreall shows since 1997. I always take a gun and walk the show with it. I don't put a sign on it as I'm usually just looking to potentially trade. If you end up with a serious buyer have him track down an FFL in the show that's located near the buyers residence. This way if they get put in the OSP instant back ground check backlog they won't have to drive a million miles to the vendors business in 3 weeks to pick up the gun when the BGC clears. In some cases you can always arrange to meet your buyer another day at an FFL to complete the transaction. I regret that August 2015 has come and gone. I miss the days when we could sell our guns face to face. I'll be there, just not sure what day I'll attend. Just depends on the weather and what time I decide to go to the gun range.Could a guy bring his own guns to sell without being a vendor? If so how would that work?
Hush!Yup, great show. It can get crowded so if you don't kike that sort of thing go early or late.
