I'm looking to sell some of my modern firearms to make room for more black powder toys. With I594 having been passed into law, I'm somewhat wary of doing private party sales. So I am asking if anyone knows of any retailers who have made good offers on trade-ins, consignments and sales in the past? I'm looking for shops in Seattle and the eastside. I'm willing to go as far south as Tacoma and as far north as Everett. Possibly further too, depending on the testimony of people who have done business with these shops in the past.

Just do your private sale at the FFL for the BGC.

No retailer will offer you a fair price.

    Truth!

They are going to give you 50% +/- of the price, so they can make a good profit on it.

Either sell them private party at a good price or consign it, but your losing money there too.

As an alternative - do some research and try to sell it as one LOT here.
