After sitting for 15 years it's about time I get restarted on the project mauser. It's a 1944 "dot" coded reciever.
Already done:
installed douglas air gauged premium barrel ,270
reforged bolt handle
install bolt shroud
bedded into unfinished stock
polished barrel, reciever, bolt

To Do List
Finish ream chamber
weld up holes in guard for the retainer screws
install trigger
install sights
reshape stock and remove cheekrest, install pad
repolish
finish metal and wood

sorry for the crappy pics, I'll do better tomorrow

You spelled "receiver" incorrectly twice, I before E except after C, Douglas and Mauser should be capitalized since they are proper nouns. Just though I would point that out in light of your extremely demeaning posts today admonishing the spelling errors of other members.

I don't like to insult people on their writing skills as mine aren't perfect either, maybe you should do the same. ;)
