Resource management - Wolf Creek Lanes

I'm the resource manager for the North Fork Shooting Lanes resource. I'm curious if it is feasible to get certain access to maintain this resource? Such as the ability to remove outdated questions that are no longer relevant, and or the ability to clean up the discussion thread as it is very lengthy and lots of unnecessary context within it. I'm also curious if it is possible to add some sort of RED / GREEN type banner on the resource to show if the lanes are open or closed that I can control?
