Resident Takes Gun Away From Intrusion Suspect, Shoots Him to Death
Probably saved his sisters life. Another happy ending.
Everytown’s statistics calculation “gun owners more likely to be killed by their own gun” just increased by one tally mark.
He was able to get the gun away from the intruder, this story made me think about the laws some states want to pass in stopping this 19 year old adult from arming himself, what if was was killed as the result of one of these senseless laws?
But-but-but the intruder had a restraining order against him. How could this have possibly happened?
You mean the criminal didn’t obey the law, how dare he!!!!!
Pretty asinine huh?
<Investigators said that Robinson and the sister had dated at one time and the sister had gotten a restraining order to keep him away.>
And again the anti gun, just call 911 crowd gets to see just how well all that works.
So they went through a proper ffl transfer during the tussle, right? Wouldn't want to run afoul of the law during an otherwise lawful interaction. Oh wait, not the west coast.
