A friend mentioned an inclination to purchase, but she has been full time RV since leaving California three years ago. They own rental property in Independence where they will be living once the current tenant's lease is up, but have only been in Oregon for a month or two now and I don't know what the residence requirements might be.

When I moved here and went to a LGS, they told me to get my OR drivers license and come back. My Hawaii DL would not be accepted as ID.
