Replacing a rear blade on a S & W rear sight

Just got done Watching a video on replacing the rear sight blade on a S & W sight.
The blued sight I bought from a friend to replace the stainless one on my Mod 66 has a scratched up blade and I want a white outlined one. The process is not difficult but it's one of those 'one chance' propositions!

I need to make a special spanner screwdriver bit to do this but that is not an issue.
