Repair Inquiry - Charles Daly Honcho 410

Greetings,

I purchased a Charles Daly Honcho 410 in December 2018. Today I managed to get the bolt assembly stuck in the open position, and quickly discovered a part of the pump action assembly has sheared off and the bolt assembly is stuck in the receiver. I have three shells in the magazine tube, and I don't think I can break down the weapon safely at this point.

I would like to coordinate with a gunsmith to break down the weapon safely and coordinate sending the firearm back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Is there any FFL or gunsmith in the Salem or Portland area that would be able to take this on?
