I would respectfully ask that you check with the ATF about the legality of selling a homemade firearm that has not been marked with a serial number.

Many of us love this site and would hate to see the site at risk of being closed down if it is noted that unlawful sales are being advertised--even if it is unintentional. I understand this is being posted with good intent, but it's important to follow federal laws in order to preserve our freedoms from further legislation and censorship.

This was written a while back by one of the moderators, coctailer: "If anyone wants to keep out of prison, I recommend asking the people that will actually put you in prison. 503-331-7830 is the number to the ATF office in Portland.
