Early well done sporterization (40's/50's)?
Nice bore, jewelled bolt, walnut stock with ebony forend,Pachmayr buttpad and nicely checkered with Fleur De Lisa scrollwork. Palmswell and cheek piece.
Stock marked inside "Superior"
Lyman 48 peep sight ($100 value)missing minor parts.
Note: this rifle is NOT drilled and tapped for scope (please don't) this rifle is a throwback to the Safari rifles of the 20's and 30's. This is however a light project, needs front sight work ( I have all the parts) you will get two bbl band front sights, the old one and a new one which needs fitting.
Must do legal transfer
