Remington model 11 shotgun

Thinking of turning my model 11 into a home defense shotty...shorten barrel and mag extension...but would like to put a Browning A-5 2 piece shell lifter in it vs. the one piece remmy...has any one done this before? any info would be helpful. See that people say they have done it on other sites but no specific info...Cheers..

Here's mine, top 12Ga Fort Moe Arms, bottom 20 Ga I picked up at shooters Mercantile years ago for $100..

Super sweet..is that a nordic mag extension? Picked up my model 11 1926 in great shape for $100 off a friend so i though it would be great to mod out with a 2 piece lifter from a Browning A-5 shortend stock and barrel and mag extension...love the look of these great guns.....

Really not sure what brand the extension is nothing stamped on it, great old guns, kicks like heck, very fast action, I can dump it in about 3-4 sec ....Lots of fun, it's my zombie exploder...............
