This started life back in 1953 with a 30" barrel. I shortened the barrel to approximately 18.5" and added a brass bead sight back and put some cold blue on it. Included but not pictured is a Carlsons +2 extension, but I misplaced the longer spring.
I need another scope, so offering this up at $450, or trade for a Leupold VX2 or better in the 5-9x range on the high side. I'd really love a 2.5-8x or 1.5-5x, but a 3-9 would work too. I would also take US made new brass cased 556/223 ammo, at a GOOD trade value (like under .40/rd).
