Up for sale is what was originally a Remington 870 Police (Wingmaster).
Will come with original walnut forend and stock, and magazine extension tube.
Made in or around 1979 according to the serial number. Has a metal trigger guard.
Installed on/in the firearm is the following:
- GG&G 6 Shot Side Saddle
- Wilson Combat +2 Magazine Extension Tube + Spring & Hi-Viz Follower
- Wilson Combat (Scattergun Tech) Tritium Front/Rear Ghost Ring Sights (Professionally installed by a local gunsmith)
- Magpul Forend & SGA Stock
- Magpul MS-1 Sling
Incredibly smooth action. Firearm was barely shot by it's previous owner, and I have barely taken it out myself. Under 100 shells between us two.
Will come with around 250 target load shotshells and several 00 bucks.
I will say this: the barrel had to be cerakoted because a front site post was added to mount the front sight of the ghost ring set. As a result, the barrel is cerakoted whereas the receiver and magazine tube are blued. The magazine tube extension seems to be a parkerized finish. Look a little weird upon close inspection? Yes. Does it affect the equipment and how it operates? No.
I wanted to take it in for a full cerakote, but alas I need the money more.
My back is killing me, and my time is often spent in a desk chair so I'm selling this to fund a nice, high end chair with wonderful memory foam lumbar support.
Asking $475. Transfer fees on buyer.
Located in Vancouver, WA
Thanks,
Joey
