which specific model is this?

Please excuse my ignorance but I am not sure. I took it on trade for another gun last February and have not had time to use it yet. It has a pretty long heavy barrel and basically set up for long distance accurate shooting. Sorry if that did not help, but I really do not do much gun collecting or trading.
