When I purchased originally it was called "The counter sniper rifle" and was used
at that time by police. ( As was informed by the people at the Tigard Gun Broker ).

Excellent condition, a little over 100 rounds put through.

Government model Springfield Armory 4 x 14 x 56 3rd generation made in Japan included

If I may ask, what is the barrel date code on your rifle? The code stamped on the left side of barrel near the recoil lug area. Should have 1 or 2 letters, followed by some numbers. Thanks.
