Remington 30-06 for a smaller caliber rifle

I'm considering any offers, just try me.

The rifle has sling studs and comes with the scope base, rings and one 30-06 magazine. I'd like to keep the scope.

I'm looking for a rifle/upper that I could hunt medium game with but mostly target shoot. I want something more powerful than my .223 but less than a 30-06.

I want an accurate bolt or lever action that helps me go through ammo slower with less recoil any easier on brass.
I would like a manual action so my reloads don't have to cycle the action (haven't shot any reloads in this gun yet).
Bonus points if it could shoot cast bullets reasonably.

I would consider a straight up trade for a 742/7400 or 760/7600 in another caliber.

Beautiful rifle! I'm too far away to be of any help, even if you were interested in my 6.5 CR. Curious, why you don't just put a quality kick-eez or limbsaver pad on it, and wait longer between trigger pulls?? Unless the bolt is chewing up the reciever, it looks like a fine rifle for anything in North America. And, if your reloads don't cycle the action, pulling the charging handle seems faster than operating a bolt.
Just my 2 cents worth.
