Remington .223 PCA ammo Pics added

I have 480+ rounds of PCA ammo that does not shoot well in my gas piston AR (FTE's), a friend loaned me his .223 bolt gun & it shot great & accurately and would recommend it for bolt guns only. It is head stamped in 04.
I will trade locally for 400 .223/5.56 brass production ammo (no reloads) or $200 cash (OBO)

Took it to the range and tried lowering the setting on the AA piston kit & it did not work so ammo is best for a bolt gun and is for trade.
