I recently acquired a Remington shotgun barrel and would like an eggspurt to give me an idea of the value. My research tells me this barrel was produced in August of 1940, based on internet information.
It measures 29" in length, probably for a Remington model 1100, 12 ga. 2 3/4" shells, Mfg. IIion NY, marked "skeet" "W co J" ribbed, brass midway sight and white front sight, clean bore, no choke threads, bluing 95%, two tiny rust dots on outer barrel. Please look at the images and post a fair market value if possible. Thank you, ungulate.
